The Forever Classic online store uses the very latest encryption technology (SSL) to ensure that your transactions with us are private and protected as they travel across the Internet. When you proceed to make your purchase, your browser makes a connection to the secure section of our website. Your browser will show a padlock in the bottom right corner to indicate that it has made a secure connection and depending on your browser a window may pop-up to notify you that you are entering this safe area.

Please Note: Once you have confirmed your order, payment will be taken from your bank account on the same day. This applies for pre-ordered purchases too. If you would like to pre-order an item but pay for it when it is ready for despatch then please call our office on 01273 491535.

UK standard delivery for all online orders are weight related:

Under 1kg	£4.95
Under 3kg	£9.95
Over 3kg	£15.00

 

Please allow 7 - 10 working days for your order to be delivered to you. 
UK next day delivery is available on request please telephone our office on 01273 491535.

Delivery is subject to stock availability.
A signature is required on receipt.

Our guarantee and returns policy

We very much hope that you will be as pleased with our products as we are.

However, if for any reason you are not, please return them, unused and in their original condition and packaging, within 21 days of purchase. We will exchange the item (for which there will be a standard postage charge of £4.95) or provide you with a full refund or credit note. For all items purchased at shows, please note that exchanges or refunds require a receipt. In the unlikely event of goods being faulty, please contact us for our Free post service. Faulty goods must be returned to us within 21 days for a full refund or exchange, after which a replacement may be offered. Please ask your Post Office for a Proof of Posting Certificate. This will ensure that you will receive your exchange or refund in the event of your goods being mislaid in the post.
